Chef Andres Garcia brings the soul to our kitchen. With a passion for bold, thoughtful cooking and an eye for detail that shows in every plate, Andres leads our culinary team with creativity, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to quality. He doesn't just cook food — he crafts experiences.
Corey Vanderhoff, co-owner, is the steady force behind the vision. A family man at his core, Corey has spent years dreaming of building something meaningful in the community he calls home. His drive comes from a simple place: a love for people, a love for food, and a belief that Loretto deserves a gathering spot it can be proud of.
Jaden Vanderhoff, co-owner and general manager, keeps the day-to-day heartbeat of The Station running. Passionate about the guest experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, Jaden ensures that every visit feels personal, every detail is intentional, and every guest leaves feeling taken care of.
Together, this team is more than a staff — they're family. And their mission goes beyond the walls of this building.
